This is Circotion. I made it accidentally while working on Cubustion, which is a potion that turns others into a cube monster. Circotion works basically the same, but it turns people into a sphere instead of a cube, and also there is a small chance that the subject that consumes it will become a planet, and an even lower chance that the transformation would be successful.
